If you choose to join our regular newsletter mailings, the email address that you submit to us will be stored in our Wix website platform. The email address that you submit will be stored within this website’s own database but not in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within the Wix 'Shout Out' database on our website for as long as we continue to use the Wix platform for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list.
You can request removal by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
If you complete an online booking, a get a quote form or an online order, the information that you have supplied will be stored in out WIX website platform and used to provide with with a quote or to process the booking or order that you have submitted. Your details may also be stored in our email systems if an email exchange is required. Our email is provided by gmail.
Your information will continue to be stored on our Wix platform for as long as we continue to use the Wix platform or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can redo this by requesting removal via email.

17Hats and quotes, questionnaires, contracts and invoices.
We consider 17Hats to be a third party data processor.
We use 17Hats to manage our client’s journey. If you choose to request a quote, your details will be stored in 17Hats and, if you accept the quote, will be used to generate additional documents within 17Hats, including questionnaires, contracts and invoices.
Contracts, invoices and other documents that relate to an order are contained within 17Hats
Your information will continue to be stored on our 17Hats platform for as long as we continue to use the Wix platform or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can redo this by requesting removal via email.
Your payment data
Paypal process payments for any products purchased from our website or invoices paid using the ‘Pay invoice’ button.
