Would you love to be able to create the perfect Victoria Sponge in no time at all, and know that it would be perfect every single time?
The Victoria Sponge is such a classic recipe and a real crowd pleaser. It’s not a complicated recipe, but because of that it's also one of the easiest to get wrong. Come along and learn how to do it professionally and you'll be knocking them out with ease whenever you like.
You'll learn how to create the perfect batter and to achieve the perfect bake. You'll master buttercream to get the best possible look and taste, and you'll learn tricks and tips to make your cake look beautiful.
You'll go away with your own cake as well as Jo's recipe and all of her hints and tips on a handy sheet.
This is a small workshop of no more than 4 people so you'll get fantastic tuition as Jo has plenty of time to give everyone the necessary attention to get you baking brilliantly.
This is a half-day (9.30am - 1pm) course in The Dandelion Bakery kitchen. All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
