Have your cake and eat it too!
I am a lady who loves cake. I am also intolerant to wheat. Unfortunately I live in a world where gluten free cakes often taste pretty ropey. They seem to be oddly flavourless, which doesn’t make any sense to me, because making a cake gluten free shouldn't effect the spices, fruits, flavourings or cocoa that you add to a cake, but worst of all, they tend to be dry and mealy. Recently I was feeling lazy but fancied some cake so I treated myself to a gluten free carrot cake from
